those contents, must accept that it excludes Khef out of any legal responsability. Khef also reserves the right to
provide personal data only when the leave was granted for an appeal to a higher court.
- Khef is an application and a service with no warranty associated to it.
- Khef does not guarrantee that the use of this application brings a benefit, the capacity to obtain that
performance is on behalf of the user.
- The team that makes and keeps Khef does it without expecting anything in return, in their spare time and
with its own economical resources. The users knows and comes to terms with it. Improvements and error corrections
will be done when possible.
- The user accepts that contents in Khef are private with access restricted to users of Khef.
- Khef is compromised to keep privacy of contents out of the terms of the service and also to deny access
to unauthorized data and do not spread any kind of data.
