You just need to register, but it is free. We don't ask for personal details such as address or telephone number. You won't get the typical spam trying to get you to buy Viagra or to ask you to godfather to a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig
The homepage includes categories of general interest and also participants can suggest new categories, functionality, modifications...
